NexTCity took part in the Portugal Smart Cities Summit 2025, held from 3 to 5 June 2025 at the FIL Exhibition Centre in Lisbon, one of Portugal’s key events dedicated to smart cities and digital transformation.
The project was showcased in the Pavilhão Smart Portugal and through presentations by NOVA Cidade – NOVA IMS representatives, focusing on smart governance and data-driven urban innovation.
Discussions addressed the concept of Smart Regions and explored the role of data science, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation in supporting municipalities’ digital transition.
The summit attracted over 3,000 visitors, strengthening NexTCity’s national visibility and reinforcing engagement with local authorities, innovators, and civil-society actors.
